Professional Hypnotherapy training:

Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis

(Dip. Clin. Hyp)                                                         

This advanced professional diploma course uniquely integrates clinical hypnotherapy with scientific holistic-medicine, and is at the cutting-edge of 21st century new-paradigm mind-body healing.

The course also fulfils all requirements laid down for the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for hypnotherapy.

The course is in three stages, with the first two stages being internally accredited qualifications in their own right. Stage three qualifies graduates to apply for entry to two professional registers:

British Society for Clinical Psychophysiology (BSCP)

The course is approved by BSCP for direct entry to its Practitioners Register as a Clinical Hypnotherapist

 British Complimentary Medicine Association (BCMA)

Successful completion of this course will qualify graduates for entry to the BCMA’s National Practitioners Register as a Qualified Hypnotherapist.

Assessment

Assessment features the satisfactory achievement of on-going practical skills, with written theory examinations at the end of stages 1 & 2.  There is an end of course examination, and stage three has a dissertation/case study component.

Clinical Protocols

This course has a set of published protocols and guidelines for the clinical use of Hypnotherapy.

For full-external accreditation, graduates will be expected to complete the requirements for patient contact hours, and clinical supervision. Contact Renaissance for details of the professional indemnity insurance cover required for carrying a clinical caseload.

Successful completion of stage-1 confers the use of the initials RA (Affil) designating Affiliate of the Renaissance Academy. An Affiliate Membership Certificate is issued by Renaissance.

Cert. Hyp. RA (Assoc)

Successful completion of stage-2 confers the use of the initials, Cert. Hyp. MPI (Assoc), designating a Certificate Qualification in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Associate Professional Membership of the Renaissance Academy. A Practitioners Certificate, and Associate Members Registration Certificate is issued by Renaissance.

Dip. Clin.Hyp (Memb.RA)

Successful completion of stage-3 confers the use of the initials, Dip. Clin.Hyp (Memb.RA), designating a Full Practitioners Diploma Qualification in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Full Professional Membership of the Renaissance Academy. A Practitioners Diploma, and Full- Members Registration Certificate is issued by Renaissance.

Course Fees

You may apply for each course separately, and complete your Professional Hypnotherapy training at a pace to suit you. However, you must finish the courses in their stage-order starting with the stage-1 Affiliate qualification.
You may pay the course fees on a stage-by-stage basis (pay as you go).  Discount is available for fees paid in advance.

Stage Fees:

1. Affiliate 4 weekends £ 600.00          (£500.00 if paid in advance)
2. Certificate 6 weekends £ 900.00      (£800.00 if paid in advance)
3. Diploma 8 weekends £1000.00        (£900.00 if paid in advance)

Total cost for all three stages £2500.00   (£2200.00 if paid in advance)
